Tele2 international dense wavelength division multiplexing (DWDM) network connects both the Baltic and Nordic countries and provides connectivity to Europe's largest internet traffic hub in Frankfurt at speeds of up to 14.6Tb/s, offering the fastest connection in the region at a reasonable price. In addition, we offer special data transmission solutions for companies with high data volumes.

Our 24/7/365 Operations Center provides continuous End-to-End service monitoring by highly trained network engineers. You may relax and have peace of mind, as your network connection is always secured.
We provide all the services you need in the transmission business:

- SDH starting from STM-1 to STM-64
- Ethernet services from 10Mbit/s up to 400GE native
- IP services: DIA, IP Transit, DDoS Protection
- Transparent and/or crypted Wavelength services
- Media services (SDI, HD-SDI, 3G-SDI, ASI)
- Datacenter services (e. g. Fibre Channel)

Fibre optic network
We use a Full Mesh optical network. We have more than 6750 km of optical fibres in Europe and more than 2750 km in Estonia.
In addition:
- Baltic Highway network speeds up to 14.6 Tbps
- Tele2 Estonia DWDM network connects Helsinki and Frankfurt via shortest overland route.
- High availability and reliability due to less regenerations
- Highly secured infrastructure – most of our optics are mounted on OPGW (Optical Ground Wire) cables, which are safely located at the top of high-voltage power lines or in gas pipelines.
